Fresh from the garden! Delicious, colorful Sautéed Swiss Chard.                                         Quick and easy...just heat a tablespoon or so of grapeseed or olive oil in pan. Add a clove of fresh minced garlic. Chop stalks of chard separate from leaves and add stalks to garlic oil. Cook a minute or two then add leaves and cook until limp. Salt/Pepper and a splash of red wine vinegar
